A-300 · The practice

A small studio for carefully considered work.

Rayal Architects is a principal-led practice shaped by rigorous planning, clear communication and an interest in how buildings age.

Founder & principal architect

Aishwarya Bodineni

B.Arch · IIT Kharagpur

Aishwarya founded Rayal Architects around a simple position: a home should be shaped by the people living in it and the conditions of the place it occupies.

She leads the architectural brief, design direction and client conversation. Project-specific specialists may join where the written scope requires their expertise.

How the studio works

Fewer layers between your questions and the design.

The practice stays close to the brief so important decisions remain understandable and traceable.

01

Listen before drawing

The brief begins with people: daily routines, family needs, budget priorities, the plot and the decisions that feel uncertain.

02

Make decisions visible

Plans, sections, models, material studies and visualisations are used when useful to explain choices—not to hide them behind presentation language.

03

Coordinate what matters

Specialists can join where the agreed scope requires them, with architectural decisions coordinated around the same project brief.
